Save your Hair from Tangling

Hair texture, frequency of brushing, as well as the healthiness of the hair can all contribute to the reasons why your hair is tangling a lot. People with dry and damaged, curly hair or sleeping with your hair open, are prone to tangling a lot more.

However, there is some good news! You can follow certain routines to minimize tangling and the damage that comes from detangling it. Here are our favourite tips on how you can do that.

Routine 1: Oil your hair
One of the favourite natural hair treatments is Pure Coconut Oil. Leave it in for 30 minutes before your shower or overnight, wash it out with shampoo and enjoy gloriously smooth and silky, hydrated hair sans any tangling.

Routine 2: Condition your hair

Never, ever skip on conditioner. Conditioning the hair after shampooing will restore help moisture back into it, leaving it smoother and less likely to tangle. Wash your hair with normal tap water than using hot water.

Routine 3: Use a wide tooth comb

Using a wide tooth comb will not only remove the tangles more efficiently, but you will also protect your hair from being torn and damaged. Patiently, start at the bottom of the knot, work your way up until it is combed out completely.

Routine 4: Brush Daily

Brush your hair 2-3 times a day using a soft bristle brush, especially before a shower and before sleeping. This could avoid tangling!

Routine 5: Care while Sleeping
We recommend you to tie your hair up in a loose bun to avoid the friction against the pillow when you toss and turn, tangling and damaging the loose hair.

Let us know if these help you!
